Throughout the last years, commercial arbitration and litigation have constituted a substantial part of our practice. We have led numerous successfully litigated cases with regard to commercial disputes both in the Georgian state courts and international arbitration, including the enforcement of arbitration awards on the territory of Georgia and representation of the Georgian government before international forums. Our litigation includes participation in numerous successfully litigated cases against the Georgian tax authorities, including, inter alia, cases involving VAT offsets. Many of the above proved to be landmark cases in the development of Georgian court practice.
