Since the founding of our Law Office performing land (real estate) and related work on behalf of the developers, investors and prospective lessees has formed a significant part of our practice. We have advised many clients on a wide-range of land (real estate) acquisition issues as well as drafted land (real estate) related security documents including pledges, mortgages, and rental/lease assignments. Our practice involves representing a cellular telecommunications company in acquisition (with full title) as well as leasing, rental, carrying out building right over the land plots for its Radio-Base Stations both in Tbilisi and in most of the regions of Georgia. Land (real estate) litigation represents an inseparable part of our land acquisition practice. Our litigation attorneys successfully defended investors’ rights in number of litigations on operation and construction of Baku-Supsa Pipeline as well as on various aspects of land acquisitions, including servitudes, throughout the whole Georgia. We provided the legal consulting for the project of the reconstruction of Old Tbilisi.
