Eka Siradze
As a senior associate Ms.Siradze’s practice areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and Maritime Law. Also she holds diploma in International Public Law from The Hague Academy of International Law. She worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia in a position of Attache of the International Law Department and as 3rd, 2nd and 1st Secretary of the International law Department. She held the position of the Head of Division of the International law Department. At present she works for Ocean Shipping Company in a position of the Head of Legal Department. She is fluent in Georgian, Russian and English languages.

Levan Karumidze

Mr. Karumidze manages acquisitions and real estate development work at the firm. While working for Central Department for Service of Diplomatic Corps and Organizations accredited in Georgia he rendered legal services to Diplomatic Representations, Organizations and natural persons in Georgia. Mr. Karumidze served as Lawyer of TbilCreditBank and later for JSC “TELASI” (formerly known as JSC “AES-TELASI”) he actively worked with State Regulatory Agencies and Institutions, Land Management Department. He litigated on behalf of the company before Georgian Courts. Mr. Karumidze is fluent in Georgian, Russian and English languages.
